Responsibilities
- Collaborate with system analysts, platform architects, and business SMEs to define integration requirements and detailed technical designs.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions with strong performance, maintainability, exception handling, recovery, security, and availability practices.
- Develop scalable data models and schemas for transactional integrations and analytics implementations.
- Design, develop, test, and implement ETL solutions for data warehousing.
- Monitor and operationally support live integration environments, including alerting, error handling, retry logic, and incident response.
- Own and maintain the enterprise integration portfolio in partnership with the Enterprise Architect and Applications IT Roadmap.
- Communicate technical information, risks, and implementation decisions to business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud integration platforms; Boomi is highly preferred, with Mulesoft, Informatica, AWS Lambda, Talend, or other open-source iPaaS experience considered.
- Experience designing, deploying, and managing Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and Atom Clouds in an enterprise environment.
- Experience designing and publishing managed APIs using Boomi API Management or a comparable API gateway platform.
- Experience monitoring, alerting, and operationally supporting live integration environments, including error handling, retry logic, and incident response.
- Experience implementing enterprise-scale SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience architecting, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ETL processes and related technology platforms.
- Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and Python; working knowledge of MDX and foundational understanding of XML and JSON.
- Programming skills in JavaScript or other modern object-oriented languages, including experience building and consuming SOAP and REST web services.
- Demonstrated technology leadership across complex technical implementations, with a focus on cloud architecture and cross-platform integration.
- Ability to identify, communicate, and manage technical risk across projects and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, motivational, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of data architecture, business analytics, and integration frameworks.
- Boomi Associate, Professional, or Architect certification is preferred.
- Experience with Agile development environments and tools such as Jira or Confluence is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SCM tools, preferably Git, and code management best practices is preferred.
- Understanding of CI/CD deployment models and release strategy is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments is preferred.
- Experience with Single Sign-On technologies such as Okta and Veeva product integrations is preferred.
