Senior Software Engineer I-Agentic AI

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and highly concurrent asynchronous workflows primarily in Python and Go.
- Integrate backend control planes with isolated and secure execution environments to run agents and capture execution artifacts.
- Build and operate scalable gRPC and REST APIs connecting data pipelines, evaluation engines, and internal platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex evaluation scenarios and outcome metrics.
- Drive code reviews, comprehensive testing, and technical design documentation.
- Monitor system performance, investigate bottlenecks, and maintain high reliability of orchestration systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building highly concurrent, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python and Go, or strong C++ or Java experience with willingness to learn Python and Go.
- Hands-on experience with durable workflow orchestration engines for distributed state and long-running asynchronous tasks.
- Working knowledge of containerization, virtualization, or secure workload isolation technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or microVMs.
- Experience building resilient APIs and handling high-throughput event or message data.
- Foundational understanding of LLM APIs, prompt constraints, and the architectural challenges of testing non-deterministic systems.
- Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills in a globally distributed team.
