Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce incidents end-to-end, including investigation and resolution.
- Design and build scalable enhancements using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Drive CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions for automated testing and deployments.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to technical design and reviews.
- Conduct QA to validate releases and maintain production stability.
- Mentor teammates on coding standards and contribute to platform maintenance.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and AI tooling to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative configuration.
- Strong command of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and REST/SOAP.
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of environment and release management methodologies.
- Experience in leading technical requirements gathering.
- Ability to work in a multicultural development team.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
