Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce incidents end-to-end, including investigation, root cause analysis, resolution, and documentation.
- Design and build scalable enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative tools.
- Drive GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows, automated testing, environment management, and deployments across Salesforce organizations.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, story sizing, technical design, and pull request reviews.
- Conduct release QA and help maintain production stability.
- Mentor teammates on code quality and development standards.
- Contribute to platform monitoring and proactive maintenance.
- Track Salesforce releases and apply relevant Einstein, Agentforce, and other AI tooling updates.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Apex, Salesforce APIs, configuration, and custom development.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Community Cloud.
- Proficiency with Lightning Web Components, Flows, declarative configuration, and Salesforce development.
- Strong command of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP web services.
- Experience using GitHub Actions for testing, deployment, and environment management across Salesforce organizations.
- Understanding of Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar release and deployment tools.
- Experience leading technical requirements gathering and delivering solutions from those requirements.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work with a multi-site, multicultural development and testing team.
- Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue company is a bonus.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, Core Java, and open-source frameworks is a bonus.
