Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Python-based automation services and IPA workflows.
- Develop platform-agnostic solutions for future migration across automation tooling.
- Integrate LLM APIs into production pipelines for document processing.
- Implement OCR/IDP workflows to extract and validate data.
- Design and build production-grade APIs and services around LLM capabilities.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–9 years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in Python.
- Strong Python skills, including experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Flask/Django.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs like Anthropic Claude or OpenAI.
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, including Lambda and ECS.
- Familiarity with REST API design and tools like Swagger and Postman.
