Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver complex Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Lead technical delivery and own solution components across enterprise programme workstreams.
- Develop PCF controls, custom connectors, Dataverse data models, integrations, and ALM deployment pipelines.
- Conduct technical design, code, and architecture reviews and establish development standards.
- Manage Power Platform governance, including CoE Toolkit configuration, environment strategy, DLP policies, and risk assessments.
- Line-manage 2–5 junior and mid-level developers and provide mentoring, escalation support, onboarding, and career guidance.
- Engage client technical leads and senior stakeholders through workshops, solution demonstrations, design reviews, and governance forums.
- Support pre-sales solutioning, estimation, proposals, reusable accelerators, and technical innovation involving Copilot and AI Builder.
- Champion unit, automated UI, and performance testing and improve delivery tooling and developer productivity.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience in a consulting or systems-integrator delivery environment.
- Expert proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, including model-driven and canvas applications, cloud and desktop flows, and RPA.
- Experience developing PCF controls with TypeScript and React and deploying managed solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Power Fx, DAX, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Deep Dataverse experience covering data modelling, relationships, business rules, calculated and rollup fields, and virtual tables.
- Hands-on Power Pages experience, including Liquid templates, web templates, and portal security.
- Expert knowledge of Power Platform ALM, solution management, environment strategy, solution layering, and deployment pipelines.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions using Power Platform Build Tools and PAC CLI.
- Strong integration experience with REST/OData APIs, Dataverse Web API, custom connectors, Azure API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Key Vault, and Azure AD/Entra ID in Power Platform contexts.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE customization, including C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript web resources, Ribbon Workbench, and XrmToolBox.
- Experience designing enterprise governance frameworks involving DLP policies, CoE Toolkit deployment, environment tiering, security, compliance, auditing, and capacity planning.
- Ability to produce technical design documents, solution architecture presentations, data flow diagrams, integration specifications, and sprint reviews.
- Strong client communication, analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
- PL-400, PL-600, PL-200, AI-200 or AI-103, and AI-901 certifications are required; AZ-400 is strongly recommended.
- Preferred experience includes Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Power BI Premium, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, Compliance Manager, regulated-industry delivery, Avanade co-delivery, and Microsoft FastTrack or Success by Design programmes.
