Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, architect, test, document, and deploy software solutions and assigned components.
- Build scalable and robust software using Java, Python, .NET, Spring Boot, microservices, databases, and web services.
- Unit-test code and prepare implemented components for integration into final products.
- Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines and develop automation for cloud-based managed services.
- Provide work estimates and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies for interested parties.
- Apply architecture design, containers, messaging queues, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
Requirements
- 5–14 years of experience working as a software engineer on complex software projects.
- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills with Java, Python, .NET, or comparable development technologies.
- Experience with scalable and robust software development, relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, and REST-based web services.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Experience with unit testing and JUnit, AWS services, Terraform, Jira, and software development practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes hyperscaler certification in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform and experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices.
