Base Salary
$87k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software in MATLAB Simulink and C for tractor drive strategy systems.
- Test software in HIL, SIL, and VIL environments.
- Collaborate with system engineers to design software that meets customer needs.
- Tune vehicle performance to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.
- Analyze and resolve issues identified during laboratory and field testing.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience developing embedded applications using MATLAB Simulink and C.
- Minimum three years of experience developing and troubleshooting complex control systems.
- Experience controlling engine and transmission systems to meet vehicle performance requirements.
- Experience operating and developing control systems for large agricultural equipment.
- Experience with real-time embedded operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for global teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
- Preferred experience with systems engineering, model-based software design, system simulation, J1939, ISO 11783, CAN, LIN, Ethernet, continuous integration, automated build tools, and cross-functional product delivery.
