Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Build, own, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python or Java, Angular or React, and Snowflake.
- Design and maintain APIs and microservices integrating backend services, frontend components, and data platforms.
- Develop accessible, high-performance UI components and uphold frontend engineering standards through code contributions.
- Implement Snowflake integrations, including pipeline performance optimization, query tuning, and storage design.
- Diagnose and resolve cross-stack issues while driving systemic improvements and embedding security controls into delivered code.
- Use Claude, Codex, Devin, and agentic coding workflows to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
- Partner with business stakeholders from discovery through UAT and translate user needs into working software.
- Mentor engineers through collaboration, pairing, code reviews, and hands-on technical leadership.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and delivery, software demonstrations, and teammate support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing scalable web applications with Python or Java and Angular or React.
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience integrating and querying data from Snowflake or similar data platforms.
- Experience participating in Agile software development practices.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools including Claude, Codex, Devin, and agentic coding workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the technology stack.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
