Base Salary

$123k - $161k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Agentforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and implement end-to-end business processes.
  • Apply reusable, bulk-safe Salesforce development and component architecture practices.
  • Drive bi-weekly releases and deliver enhancements and fixes.
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural decisions.
  • Align Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and strategic IT goals.
  • Manage deployments using CI/CD tools, GitLab, and Salesforce DX.
  • Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements using new platform capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot complex performance, data integrity, and system behavior issues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 2 years as a senior developer.
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and custom metadata types.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models and integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum environments, bi-weekly sprint cycles, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to analyze issues quickly and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of Salesforce development, 3+ years as a senior developer, Salesforce certifications, Salesforce Experience Cloud development, and 5+ years of overall IT experience with enterprise project leadership.
