Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications and Workday integrations to meet business process and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Test and validate applications to ensure quality and reliability.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration design principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with application configuration and deployment processes.
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
- Workday Studio experience is preferred.
