Base Salary
$203k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Solve ambiguous customer problems with robust and elegant technical solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of customer-facing applications from concept through production.
- Serve as the technical lead for peer reviews of estimates, designs, and code.
- Mentor engineers and solve complex programming challenges.
- Contribute directly to project design and architecture.
- Perform approximately 70% hands-on development and high-quality coding.
- Resolve defects across testing, pre-production, production, and post-release phases.
- Partner with product management, design, and other business units to influence product and technology solutions across teams.
- Champion a one-team mindset and deliver impactful customer results.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related area, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience architecting and developing high-scale web applications.
- 7+ years of expertise with React and JavaScript using single-page architecture.
- Deep knowledge of web technologies including Redux, React Native, and modern frameworks.
- 7+ years of experience with object-oriented languages, including Java and Python.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven tools to accelerate development.
- Experience with test automation, TDD, and comprehensive integration testing.
- Strong background in relational database design and large-scale data implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
- Proven leadership in technical discussions and cross-functional alignment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to serve as the technical point of contact for stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals and their practical application.
- Proactive builder mindset focused on high-impact, end-to-end solutions.
