Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance developer platform capabilities that improve software delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
- Design and support CI/CD solutions using Harness and Jenkins or similar platforms.
- Support Git-based source control platforms, repository standards, and engineering workflows, preferably using Bitbucket.
- Develop infrastructure automation and cloud-native services using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Partner with software engineering teams to improve build, test, deployment, and release processes.
- Implement software supply chain security, code quality, and developer governance controls.
- Evaluate and operationalize tools that improve developer productivity and platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot development tooling, pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and platform service issues.
- Create engineering standards, reusable patterns, documentation, and self-service capabilities.
- Participate in operational support and on-call activities for critical developer platform services.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or 2–3 years of equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, cloud engineering, or related technical experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise developer tooling and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with Git-based source control systems, preferably Bitbucket.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Scripting experience with Python, Groovy, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and modern application deployment practices.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and engineering best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
