Responsibilities

  • Solve complex problems with AI and deliver solutions from incubation and proof of concept through deployment and commercialization.
  • Design and deploy agentic AI systems using multi-agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, and autonomous task execution.
  • Build, lead, guide, and mentor a team of AI and data engineers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Develop and deliver client proposals supported by detailed analysis and technical expertise.
  • Implement cloud-based AI and ML systems, model deployments, canary releases, automated data pipelines, and MLOps workflows.
  • Create technical blogs and AI thought leadership content.
  • Contribute to the AI community through learning, teaching, events, and personal projects.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience delivering and managing AI solutions through incubation, proof of concept, deployment, and commercialization.
  • Exceptional expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science, with strong hands-on technical and coding skills.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, and autonomous task execution frameworks.
  • At least 5 years of implementation experience with serverless computing, CI/CD, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, version control, and automated testing.
  • Experience with model deployment, canary releases, cloud implementation, automated data pipelines, data labeling, data versioning, and data exploration.
  • Proficiency in AI Engineering or ML Engineering/MLOps; proficiency in both is a significant advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic tooling, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI tooling.
  • Hands-on experience with ML development, deployment tooling, experiment tracking, training workflows, model registries, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining triggers.
  • Experience across NLP, computer vision, classification and recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, and time series.
  • Strong client communication, consensus-building, mentoring, analytical, and technical thought leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, and Google Antigravity is advantageous.
