Base Salary
$132k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement real-time C++ and/or CUDA signal-processing algorithms and control functions for radar sensor systems.
- Develop software for distributed Linux backends running across CPUs, FPGAs, GPUs, COTS hardware, and semi-custom hardware platforms.
- Investigate and implement on-premises LLM and agentic harnesses in a sandboxed environment.
- Investigate moving development activities to AI-agent workflows.
- Write unit and integration tests, analyze numerical correctness and runtime latency, and support code reviews and continuous integration.
- Use developer tools and scripting to support software development and testing.
Requirements
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- C++ software development experience in Linux environments.
- Experience deploying on-premises LLM and agentic AI systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
- GPU software development experience, particularly with Nvidia CUDA, is highly desirable.
- Experience with real-time software development, Git, CMake, GoogleTest, gdb, profilers, Jenkins, Jira, Python, shell, or Bash is valued.
- Radar or digital signal processing knowledge and an active or existing Secret clearance are valued.
