Base Salary
$115k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in the Engineering Development Program to enhance software engineering skills.
- Engage in coding exercises and projects using various programming languages.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver value early in the development process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with a GPA of 3.0 to 4.0.
- Completion of relevant computer science courses, including Compilers or Operating Systems.
- 0-2 years of professional software experience.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in-office 4 days a week for the first two years.
