Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on technical implementation and lead the design, development, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert and technical lead for Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, development, integration, and APIs.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, custom objects, reports, workflows, assignment rules, templates, and flows.
- Complete Salesforce migration and integration projects, unit testing, defect fixes, and API-based integrations.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with internal clients, users, CRM, backend development, and Digital Center of Excellence teams.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, communicate status, and perform ad hoc analysis and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience is required.
- Strong understanding and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs.
- Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers.
- Demonstrated success with multiple Salesforce migration and integration projects.
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering.
- Salesforce Developer certification is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and data presentation skills.
