Responsibilities
- Lead the design, construction, configuration, and implementation of software applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert, primary point of contact, and decision-maker for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions across team boundaries.
- Oversee best-practice adoption, project timelines, and development process improvements.
- Develop and optimize complex ABAP programs and reports.
- Troubleshoot SAP performance issues and support integrations between SAP modules and external systems.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts and in-memory computing.
- Experience developing and optimizing complex ABAP programs and reports.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in SAP environments.
- Understanding of integration techniques between SAP modules and external systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
