Responsibilities
- Design and develop automations with Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop.
- Analyze processes with business and technical teams.
- Integrate automations with APIs, databases, files, email, Excel, SharePoint, SQL, and other systems.
- Implement error handling, logging, validation, and maintainability best practices.
- Participate in testing, UAT support, deployments, and stabilization.
- Document solutions and collaborate with technical and functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in RPA or automation.
- Strong experience with Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop.
- Experience integrating APIs, files, email, Excel, SharePoint, SQL, or other systems.
- Strong error handling, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work clearly and collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with Automation Anywhere is preferred.
- Experience with AI Builder or AI services applied to automation is preferred.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, OCR, document classification, or document extraction is preferred.
- Experience with ALM, environments, and governance best practices in Power Platform is preferred.
