Responsibilities
- Lead a virtual team of infrastructure and security professionals.
- Lead transformational and run-the-bank activities across Cloud Network Services and act as the focal point for cybersecurity and infrastructure platforms.
- Define, design, own, and deliver global inventory, automation, and agentic AI capabilities for firewalls, routers and switches, proxies, load balancers, and related infrastructure.
- Deliver dashboards based on critical security-service data and use AI inferencing to forecast trends.
- Coordinate perimeter and edge security programs with transformation directors, senior architects, and steering committees.
- Collaborate with global cybersecurity industry partners and participate in related research and development efforts.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and engineering excellence for assigned services and products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant cybersecurity and/or IT experience.
- Experience leading large technology programs or transformational activities in technology or cybersecurity.
- Proven delivery of security observability platforms, including telemetry for performance and/or user experience.
- Experience with AI/ML development tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of agentic AI, LLM infrastructure, and integrations.
- Ability to own work and manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams under pressure.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and oral communication and strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience.
