Responsibilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into reusable AWS-native AI-enabled product assets.
- Design and build agentic AI solutions, agent configurations, orchestration frameworks, and intelligent workflow architectures.
- Develop cloud-native AI products, infrastructure-as-code templates, deployment accelerators, and scalable reference architectures.
- Integrate AI products with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
- Create automated evaluation, testing, validation, monitoring, and quality frameworks for AI-enabled products.
- Establish engineering standards, coding practices, governance frameworks, version control, release management, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with sales pursuit, solution architecture, engineering, delivery, product, and business teams on client solutions and AI offerings.
- Participate in discovery sessions, architecture reviews, product roadmap discussions, and technical advisory activities.
- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, best practices, innovation initiatives, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in product engineering, software engineering, cloud engineering, AI engineering, or related domains.
- Experience designing and building cloud-native applications and reusable software assets on AWS.
- Experience developing AI, machine learning, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, automated deployment frameworks, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable product architectures.
- Experience developing proof-of-concepts, reusable accelerators, testing frameworks, and productized assets.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience, or an associate degree with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Deep understanding of AWS services, cloud-native architectures, and software engineering practices.
- Experience building agentic AI solutions, intelligent automation platforms, and reusable AI assets.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code, DevOps, testing automation, cloud security, generative AI, orchestration frameworks, intelligent agents, and evaluation methodologies.
- Ability to lead complex engineering initiatives across cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with AWS Bedrock, AI orchestration platforms, MLOps, modern engineering operating models, and reusable AI products or frameworks.
- Bonus experience includes patents, publications, innovation programs, or thought leadership contributions.
