Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations, connectors, and workflows across CRM, billing, HRIS, planning, and other internal systems.
- Design and implement reliable, maintainable, and scalable internal software.
- Ship end-to-end features spanning backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, and dashboards.
- Partner with finance, operations, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into software solutions.
- Build self-service tools and dashboards that reduce manual work and improve decision-making.
- Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and team best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a full-stack engineer using modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TypeScript, or React.
- Experience building web applications end-to-end, including APIs, data models, and user-facing interfaces.
- Experience shipping internal systems, integrations, connectors, dashboards, or workflow automation tools.
- Strong technical judgment regarding trade-offs, maintainability, reliability, and delivery speed.
- Ability to break down ambiguous and complex problems into clear, shippable solutions.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, Salesforce, Atlassian, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments, internal tooling, developer experience, business systems, or operational platforms.
