Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and optimize AI agents and conversational AI experiences in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Support AI agent workflows, troubleshooting, prompts, instructions, grounding, and knowledge sources.
- Connect AI solutions to SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Teams, Power BI, and Azure-based repositories, including data preparation, transformation, and validation.
- Support Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions using internal business content and enterprise data.
- Develop automated workflows with Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Create dashboards and reporting to measure adoption, user feedback, and business impact.
- Document solution architecture, workflows, and deployment processes, and create user guides, training materials, and enablement content.
- Support governance, compliance, operational readiness, business cases, and recommendations for broader AI solution deployment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or SQL, plus a basic understanding of data structures and data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to meet the position's minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements with or without accommodation.
- Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, and Azure cloud technologies.
- Preferred: experience or academic exposure to generative AI, large language models, AI agent development, APIs, or systems integration.
- Preferred: familiarity with Git and source control, and experience developing personal, academic, or open-source AI projects.
