Base Salary
$126k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship shared AI infrastructure, frameworks, and tooling for Applied Intuition products.
- Partner with product teams to identify high-leverage AI use cases and take them from idea to production.
- Own company-wide best practices for GenAI and LLM architecture, safety, evaluation, and deployment.
- Design, build, and ship agentic systems including background coding agents and AI SRE tooling.
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to understand needs, demonstrate capabilities, and shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML-powered features and products.
- Hands-on proficiency with large language models and agentic architectures.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to ship production-quality code quickly.
- Ability to work across backend infrastructure, APIs, and frontend development.
- Comfort collaborating with external customers and internal teams.
- Ability to take initiative and context-switch across multiple high-priority projects.
- Practical understanding of model evaluation, data pipelines, and tradeoffs between ML approaches is preferred.
- Experience with developer tooling, platform engineering, internal productivity infrastructure, autonomous vehicle systems, or simulation software is preferred.
