[EAE] Embedded System Engineer

Responsibilities
- Collect, clarify, document, and maintain stakeholder and system requirements.
- Define and maintain system architecture and relevant interfaces across system and subsystem elements.
- Analyze compliance, impact, risk, and verifiability aspects of system requirements and architecture.
- Define verification criteria and establish bidirectional traceability between system and stakeholder requirements.
- Review, release, and communicate system requirements.
- Ensure project requirements comply with relevant ASPICE levels and align customer process activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics, mechatronics, or computer science.
- At least four years of experience in automotive domains with AUTOSAR and embedded development.
- Good understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
- Mandatory experience with CAN, V-model, and ASPICE.
- Technical experience across system and software development lifecycles.
- Preferred experience with LIN, UWB, NFC, and BLE, and knowledge of security and safety concepts.
- Knowledge of requirements management, requirements elicitation, and customer and standards documentation.
- Strong English communication skills and a self-motivated, disciplined, collaborative working style.
