Responsibilities
- Collect, clarify, document, review, release, and communicate stakeholder and system requirements.
- Define and maintain system architecture and relevant interfaces.
- Analyze requirements and architecture for compliance, impact, risk, and verifiability.
- Define verification criteria and establish bidirectional traceability between system and stakeholder requirements.
- Maintain project requirements in compliance with relevant ASPICE processes and align activities with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics, mechatronics, or computer science.
- At least 4 years of relevant automotive-domain experience with AUTOSAR and embedded development.
- Good understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
- Technical experience across system and software development life cycles.
- Mandatory experience with the CAN protocol, V-model, and ASPICE.
- Experience with LIN, UWB, NFC, or BLE is preferred.
- Knowledge of requirements management, requirements elicitation, customer specifications, standard documentation, and security and safety concepts is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, self-discipline, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
