Responsibilities

  • Build and customize ServiceNow HRSD and WSD workflows, forms, widgets, and portals.
  • Configure HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Build WSD custom applications and solutions for desk booking, visitor management, and space management.
  • Develop integrations with SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, security tools, and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Develop on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
  • Work across ServiceNow capabilities including App Engine, SecOps/GRC, Now Assist, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and SPM.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of professional experience is required.
  • A BE/B.Tech, MBA, or MCA is listed as an accepted qualification; a Bachelor of Engineering is specified as required.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD/WSD and core platform development is required.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST/SOAP APIs, and Integration Hub is required.
  • ServiceNow HRSD/WSD certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or Certified System Administrator are requested.
  • DevOps and SRE observability are listed as required skills.
