Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy software solutions for client environments.
- Perform coding, modify software to fix errors or improve performance, and ensure code is error-free and compliant with project standards.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate defects and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements to system performance and availability.
- Prepare technical documentation, project specifications, status reports, MIS reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff to clarify requirements and support delivery.
- Track project status, customer feedback, fault reports, usability, serviceability, quality risks, and delivery timelines.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to develop programming and software delivery skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Development.
- Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into feasible software designs and implementations.
- Ability to code, debug, test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain software applications.
- Ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders and provide project and status reporting.
- Ability to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
