Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.
- Architect advanced SFRA features and integrate Einstein for Commerce for personalized shopping experiences.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Order Management to optimize order processing and fulfillment.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with business analysts, UX designers, and QA engineers.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce technical best practices.
- Resolve complex SFCC issues and improve system reliability and performance.
- Integrate third-party systems, payment gateways, and external APIs.
- Monitor Salesforce Commerce Cloud releases and industry trends and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience, including substantial hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud development and proven leadership of technical teams.
- Expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SFRA, Einstein for Commerce, and Salesforce Order Management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and server-side scripting within SFCC.
- Experience with RESTful API integration and third-party system connectivity.
- Understanding of eCommerce data models, catalog management, and merchandising within SFCC.
- Experience using Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for SFCC deployments.
- Skills in debugging, performance tuning, and scalable solution design.
- Preferred experience includes headless commerce, API-first development, AWS or Azure, Salesforce B2C Commerce certifications, personalization and AI-driven recommendation engines, analytics integrations, and global multi-currency or multi-language rollouts.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is desired.
- Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer and Salesforce Certified Order Management Administrator or equivalent certification are preferred.
