Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship features across the backend stack, including data infrastructure and product endpoints.
- Build extensible and robust business logic for processing health data.
- Prototype, productionize, and run experiments to improve AI/ML model accuracy, speed, and cost.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, testing, and ML operations, including model versioning, monitoring, and alerting.
- Continuously improve the engineering process and culture.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Experience designing, building, and running a large-scale backend system.
- Expertise coding in TypeScript or Python.
- Strong intuition for algorithms and working with data.
- Strong math and statistics skills.
- Interest in improving the health and fitness of others.
