Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build performant, mobile-optimized ad growth experiences on ads.reddit.com and partner platforms.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create clear technical plans.
- Break down ambiguous problems into shippable milestones and manage multiple priorities.
- Communicate status, tradeoffs, risks, and blockers clearly and early.
- Engage in the full development cycle: design, develop, test, experiment, analyze, and deploy.
- Contribute to team culture through thoughtful code reviews and collaboration.
- Quickly ramp on the team’s domain, systems, and workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Typescript and Javascript.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals for building reliable systems.
- Experience with responsive, data-intensive web applications.
- Ability to quickly ramp in a new codebase or product area.
- Track record of consistent output in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Good judgment on when to act independently or seek support.
- Comfortable working in a distributed team environment.
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn quickly.
