Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end enterprise Salesforce solutions and convert functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Drive architecture decisions covering application design, integrations, security, data models, deployment strategy, platform limits, and governance.
- Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, sequence flows, integration designs, technical specifications, and deployment runbooks.
- Provide technical oversight for Salesforce configuration and development, including LWC, Apex, triggers, batch processing, queueables, flows, and process automation.
- Design Salesforce integrations with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
- Lead technical activities across requirements, design, sprint planning, development, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
- Provide effort estimates and technical risk assessments, mentor developers, conduct design reviews, and resolve technical blockers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with at least two full-lifecycle Salesforce transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, solution design, data models, sharing models, security models, platform limits, and enterprise governance.
- Strong exposure to stakeholder management and technical leadership.
- Experience preparing Solution Design Documents, integration specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment runbooks.
- Salesforce Application Architect certification is required.
