Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation of IBM Maximo and/or Hexagon EAM/APM solutions.
- Define and execute EAM/APM transformation roadmaps aligned with business and operational goals.
- Architect solutions covering asset lifecycle management, maintenance, work management, reliability, inventory, and field service operations.
- Drive integration of EAM platforms with ERP, GIS, SCADA, IoT, and enterprise data ecosystems.
- Lead predictive maintenance, asset reliability, and operational excellence transformation initiatives.
- Govern solution architecture, deployments, quality reviews, and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT leadership teams.
- Provide technical mentorship and strategic leadership to delivery teams across large-scale transformation programs.
- Contribute to sales through demonstrated P&L ownership and shape solutions with clients.
Requirements
- 20–25 years of experience with IBM Maximo and/or Hexagon EAM/APM solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- Strong project track record in asset-intensive industries, maintenance and reliability management, and digital asset transformation.
- Strong customer orientation, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems using sound assumptions and judgment.
- Ability to collaborate with multicultural and multifunctional teams across geographies.
- Strong executive presence, entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach when needed.
