Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business needs.
- Manage application releases and optimize configurations for user experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain system stability, reliability, scalability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to customize applications and integrate software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with Palantir Foundry.
- Proficiency in Palantir Foundry.
- Experience configuring and managing SaaS applications for reliability and scalability.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues while maintaining performance standards.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
