Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architectures for platforms, products, and engagements.
- Define scalable and high-performance solutions that meet capability and performance requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies into architectural frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub is required.
- Strong experience designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and best practices for connecting diverse systems and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
