Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve Deepgram’s core data ingestion, cataloging, and transformation services.
- Engineer ML training code for large-scale foundational model architectures.
- Develop processes for measuring and optimizing system performance.
- Debug complex system issues involving networking and database interactions.
- Collaborate with DataOps and Research to design and implement new services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an industry role.
- Programming experience in Rust (or C, C++) and competence in Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of experience with version control, preferably git.
- Comprehensive experience with UNIX-style systems.
