Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Design and implement Java full stack applications, architectures, APIs, and services.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts to support project goals and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Core Java, application architecture, Java architecture, and Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Angular or React is good to have.
- Experience with Spring Boot is good to have.
- Experience designing and developing APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.
