Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate foundational platform services for business-domain teams.
- Design and implement next-generation Coupang Fintech infrastructure and platforms to achieve zero downtime.
- Lead and implement high-availability and disaster-recovery architecture, including clustering and replication.
- Improve and optimize CI/CD DevOps tools across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Identify best practices and disseminate them across the team.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience based on Unix/Linux.
- At least 5 years of backend architecture design and implementation experience.
- Strong coding skills in object-oriented programming and scripting languages.
- Experience with large-scale production systems that include incident management and monitoring capabilities.
- Experience structurally solving problems arising as organizations scale and systems become more complex.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
