Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define functional and non-functional requirements.
Own end-to-end solution and application architectures across the software development lifecycle.
Create architecture approaches, reference architectures, implementation proposals, and comprehensive architecture documentation.
Guide development teams and communicate architectural concepts, decisions, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Design and govern secure, cloud-native, microservices-based architectures for SaaS, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
Ensure solutions meet quality, security, performance, scalability, availability, modularity, and regulatory requirements.
Promote platform-oriented and reuse-driven architectures.
Lead adoption of new technologies, proof-of-concept activities, and production-readiness evaluations.
Drive AI-enabled capabilities such as intelligent recommendations, analytics, and AI-assisted quality and automation solutions.
Maintain versioned architecture documentation and uphold safety, integrity, and organizational procedures.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
At least 8 years of experience in solution or application architecture, software development, and enterprise systems.
Strong knowledge of software and application design principles, object-oriented programming, architectural patterns, SDLC, and engineering best practices.
Experience with software quality assurance, secure software development lifecycle practices, UML, and architecture modeling.
Hands-on coding experience with technologies such as C#/.NET, Java, and Angular or React; NodeJS or Python experience is a plus.
Experience with web and cloud technologies, microservices, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL and NoSQL databases, and messaging or event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, authentication, authorization, SSO, logging, and monitoring.
Strong knowledge of Linux, scripting, networking, VPNs, and firewall concepts.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience with agile development, testing frameworks, unit testing, test automation, DevOps practices, Git, infrastructure as code, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong organizational, leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, English-language, and attention-to-detail skills.

Full-time onsite position in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
