Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot secure, scalable, highly available full stack applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, architecture decisions, delivery plans, and platform roadmaps.
- Build responsive single-page applications, reusable component libraries, dashboards, and accessible user interfaces.
- Develop backend services, microservices, REST and SOAP integrations, event-driven workflows, approval processes, and task orchestration.
- Design data models and persistence services while ensuring transaction integrity, query performance, resiliency, and failure recovery.
- Package and deploy applications, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and implement logging, monitoring, alerting, health checks, automated testing, security scanning, and rollback practices.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code and design reviews, lead technical estimation and delivery governance, and collaborate with product, architecture, QA, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and release teams.
- Produce architecture decisions, technical documentation, API specifications, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Establish governed AI-assisted engineering workflows and assess emerging development tools for enterprise adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering full stack applications and enterprise-scale, high-availability, or mission-critical digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience building cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
- Experience leading technical delivery, mentoring engineers, and working in Agile environments.
- Experience with frontend technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SPA architecture, responsive UI, and component-driven design.
- Experience with backend technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, Node.js, and NestJS or Express.js.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, API design, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture, IBM MQ, or Oracle AQ.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, relational modeling, SQL performance tuning, and transaction management.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, Helm, GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins, logging, and monitoring.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, design patterns, automated testing, secure coding, Agile delivery, and technical documentation.
- Mobile application development and responsive application development experience are required.
- Content management systems experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
