Base Salary

$84k - $104k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop secure, high-quality software solutions for new and existing application features using C# and Microsoft technologies.
  • Write testable code, create unit tests, participate in peer reviews, and support QA reviews and testing activities.
  • Produce technical documentation such as specifications, flowcharts, sequence diagrams, code comments, and design documentation.
  • Analyze issues, resolve deployment and production problems, and contribute to operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, Columbia QA, and third-party engineers to deliver work on schedule.
  • Refine requirements and user stories and follow SDLC, development standards, bank policies, and applicable banking regulations.
  • Coach, mentor, or train others and serve as a subject matter expert when requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • 2–7 years of software industry experience.
  • Required experience developing solutions with C#.
  • Required experience building applications for cloud deployments with Azure.
  • Proficiency with UI frameworks and technologies using Angular or Blazor.
  • Experience with SQL and the Microsoft technology stack, including Visual Studio, .NET, ASP.NET, and Team Foundation Server.
  • Experience with Agile development practices using Scrum, Kanban, and/or Scrumban.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams, with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.
  • Ability to understand and comply with bank regulations, policies, procedures, and required training.
