Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical vision and architecture for the Support Automation ecosystem.
- Develop automation to enhance customer experience and support scalability.
- Drive rapid, iterative development while maintaining quality and reliability.
- Design workflows that transition from human-in-the-loop to fully automated systems.
- Implement observability and rollback mechanisms for AI-driven decisions.
- Act as a technical liaison between Support, Product, and Platform Engineering.
- Set high engineering standards for quality and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers and subject matter experts across functions.
Requirements
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in large projects involving automation tooling and distributed systems.
- Extensive full-stack development experience.
- Proven success in designing and deploying production-grade automation.
- Hands-on experience with ML-assisted systems and decision support.
- Deep familiarity with distributed data platforms and large-scale infrastructure.
- Understanding of multi-cloud environments and security constraints.
