Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, accessible UI components.
- Develop reusable UI components and contribute to scalable front-end systems.
- Implement animations, transitions, and micro-interactions without compromising performance.
- Optimize loading times, rendering efficiency, and runtime behavior.
- Debug and resolve front-end and browser compatibility issues.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, CMS engineers, and product stakeholders.
- Integrate front-end components into the Sitecore-based CMS ecosystem.
- Apply semantic HTML, accessibility, SEO, and content-structure best practices.
- Use Git for branching, pull requests, code reviews, and deployment workflows.
- Assess the technical feasibility of UX designs and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, Front-End Engineer, or similar.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with semantic HTML, structured markup, accessibility, SEO, and CMS-based architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to translate design systems and Figma files into production-ready UI.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience creating animations and micro-interactions with CSS and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
- Hands-on experience with Git, branching, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews.
- Familiarity with WCAG and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent English language skills; C2 level is preferred.
- Advanced computer literacy; ECDL Advance certification is desirable.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as Angular, Vue, or React is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Sitecore, SharePoint, headless CMS platforms, design systems, or component libraries is a bonus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
