Responsibilities
- Own a cell’s North Star business metric and deliver the hardest technical work supporting it.
- Design, build, deploy, monitor, and provide on-call support for features in production.
- Lead at least two technical guild initiatives annually from concept through adoption beyond the cell.
- Mentor engineers, conduct constructive code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to system architecture, cross-cell technical reviews, and architectural review boards.
- Identify and reduce technical debt before it impedes the team.
- Present technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and influence through technical expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience and a proven record delivering complex projects.
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading technical work from concept through launch and learning from production operation.
- Deep expertise in system design, data modeling, and application architecture.
- Comfort directing AI coding agents while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong mentoring, communication, and technical collaboration skills.
