Base Salary

$180k - $215k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automated acquisition systems, including AI-driven outbound workflows, enrichment pipelines, lead routing, and lifecycle automation.
  • Build scalable personalization logic using audience segments, behavioral signals, and lifecycle stages.
  • Integrate the CDP, marketing automation, CRM, and experimentation tooling so data and triggers flow reliably across systems.
  • Identify high-propensity customer segments and build models to score and prioritize acquisition targets.
  • Use AI and automation for audience enrichment, data append, third-party signal aggregation, and appropriate web scraping.
  • Translate pipeline goals into automated campaign workflows spanning acquisition, onboarding, and account graduation.
  • Build experimentation infrastructure for testing messaging, offers, and channel mix, and convert successful pilots into evergreen automated motions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for funnel performance, segment health, and campaign attribution.
  • Partner with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, data and analytics, marketing operations, product marketing, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build automated, AI-driven acquisition and growth systems.
  • Systems-oriented builder with strong automation, analytical, experimentation, and iteration skills.
  • Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data for segmentation, scoring, enrichment, and measurement.
  • Ability to communicate technical systems clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous, data-rich environment.
