Base Salary
$81k - $122k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build scripts for operational automation and incident response.
- Handle processes surrounding cloud application deployment for agile releases.
- Monitor, tune, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure and services.
- Define, measure, and meet key operational metrics including performance and availability.
- Run incident resolution and facilitate teamwork with other departments.
- Build lifecycle processes to mitigate risk and ensure platforms remain current.
- Automate the deployment of new software in coordination with DevOps engineers.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience with the Microsoft Azure platform or another public cloud platform.
- One or more years of experience with automation tools like Terraform and Linux scripting.
- Ability to write scripts in a major scripting language such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and monitoring skills to meet targets.
- Understanding of Container and DevOps technologies.
