Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and global leadership to translate strategic visions and AI capabilities into financial software.
- Shape product direction by balancing business requirements, regulatory considerations, user needs, and emerging technology.
- Build rapid proofs of concept, deploy products to live users, test market fit, and iterate quickly.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions across backend architecture, API design, and frontend development.
- Own product and engineering outcomes from ambiguous executive direction through production delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend architecture skills and the ability to work across the full stack.
- Demonstrated experience personally shipping products from scratch in a high-growth startup, corporate innovation lab, or greenfield environment.
- Strong product and commercial judgment, including the ability to evaluate technical decisions through user and business impact.
- Resourcefulness and pragmatic problem-solving skills in ambiguous technical and institutional environments.
- Preferred experience with generative AI, large language models, intelligent workflow automation, fintech, payments, compliance, money movement, startup founding, founding engineering, or technical leadership.
