Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of test strategies and plans.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior QA engineers.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress, JMeter, and Postman.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Analyze test results and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement in QA processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert in software testing and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Expertise in Cypress, TypeScript, JMeter, Jest, Postman, SQL/databases, and Jira.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in writing and executing complex test cases and scripts.
- Expertise in end-to-end, API, and performance/load testing.
- Familiarity with Git or similar source/version control systems.
- Familiarity with AWS pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
