Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive the quality of automated customer support through evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Build and deploy agent systems, including autonomous voice and digital agents, for production customer interactions.
- Experiment with, evaluate, and integrate current voice and text models.
- Develop solutions for poor connectivity, low literacy, and low-resource languages.
- Own AI problems end-to-end from discovery through production, reliability, monitoring, and customer impact.
- Work with product and engineering leaders to ship scalable systems serving millions of users.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of AI/ML experience.
- Hands-on experience building LLM or AI systems involving evaluation, RAG, embeddings, safety, or guardrails.
- Strong foundations in statistics and machine learning theory.
- Solid Python skills.
- Experience taking AI/ML systems from prototype to production with attention to reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Fluency with AI agents, preferably including production deployment experience.
- Preferred qualifications include speech or LLM research, voice AI involving ASR, TTS, latency optimization, real-time streaming, or voice agents, conversational AI, low-resource language work, high-risk agent environments such as finance, and bilingual French fluency.
- Ability to design AI systems end-to-end amid ambiguity, build evaluation frameworks, and balance research intuition with pragmatic engineering.
