Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions using modern best practices.
Partner closely with Product Management and UX/UI Design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Champion code quality and maintainability by leading code reviews and mentoring fellow engineers.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum sprints, retrospectives, and planning for rapid delivery.
Identify and advocate for improvements in platform architecture and development processes.
Collaborate with Customer Support and Professional Services to resolve complex customer issues.
Drive the technical strategy for scaling the platform using modern architectural patterns.

5+ years of professional experience in software development with a track record of building production-grade SaaS products.
Proficiency in Ruby On Rails and experience in building RESTful APIs and backend systems.
Solid experience with modern front-end JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
Demonstrable experience designing and integrating with third-party APIs.
Ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a mindset for continuous improvement.
Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication of complex technical ideas.
