Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain the platform’s web interfaces and services.
  • Collaborate with game design, narrative design, programming, AI, and animation teams to translate needs into efficient workflows.
  • Prototype and evolve tools that let creators configure, test, observe, and iterate on generative experiences.
  • Develop robust, scalable frontend solutions and the backend services required to support them.
  • Collect user feedback, measure tool adoption, and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Contribute to technical architecture, software quality, automation, and modern development practices.
  • Monitor web technologies, generative AI, and new development tools to identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering several modern web application development projects and understanding web architectures.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a modern frontend framework such as React or Angular.
  • Experience designing interfaces connected to backend services and APIs.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with backend development.
  • Experience with C++ is a plus.
  • Strong sensitivity to user experience and ability to design workflows for different professional users.
  • Experience with modern software development practices, automated testing, CI/CD, and software quality.
  • Autonomy, curiosity, initiative, and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary international environment.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, generative AI, and their application to game creation.
