Responsibilities
- Run discovery with department heads and key users, map workflows, and create prioritized use-case backlogs with expected value.
- Design and ship production-grade full-stack applications and AI systems end to end, from scoping through deployment and adoption.
- Encode business rules, KPIs, and ROI metrics into durable data lake assets and application logic.
- Use Mistral products internally and provide product feedback that informs the roadmap.
- Own scalable, secure, observable architecture and maintain a high standard for clean code.
- Identify patterns across departments and turn one-off solutions into reusable building blocks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and deploying production AI software.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with Python or TypeScript, scalable backends using FastAPI or Node, and enough frontend experience with React or Vue to ship usable applications independently.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI use cases including RAG, agents, workflows, orchestration, and evaluation.
- Experience using AI-native and vibe-coding tools while maintaining clean code and sound architecture.
- Strong ownership, delivery focus, and experience working as a high-velocity engineer.
- Fluency with tools such as Slack and Linear.
- Passion for solving customer problems and excellent English communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exposure to Legal, Public Affairs, Marketing, or Compute/Infra domains; data engineering or analytics experience; open-source contributions, especially around LLMs; or experience building internal tooling and reusable platforms are preferred.
